Welcoming a New Member: CANCHAM Pays Courtesy Visit to British Columbia College

The Secretariat of the Canada Ghana Chamber of Commerce (CANCHAM) recently paid a courtesy visit to one of its newest members, British Columbia College (BCC), as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen member engagement and gain deeper insight into institutional operations.

Located in Accra, British Columbia College is a K–12 international co-educational school established in 2016, committed to delivering high-quality education within a supportive, globally oriented learning environment. The College is affiliated with Ridley College and Rosedale Academy in Ontario for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), and is also accredited by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) to offer globally recognized programmes, including the Cambridge Primary Programme, Checkpoint, IGCSE, and AS/A-Level qualifications.

The visit provided an opportunity for the Secretariat to better understand the College’s academic approach and its contribution to educational excellence in Ghana. The Chamber commended British Columbia College for its strong commitment to quality education and expressed its readiness to collaborate on initiatives that promote knowledge sharing and professional development across the business and education communities.
